This property was in an excellent location: surrounded by food, coffee, and the large park! If you're looking for a late night bite or beer, that's within walking distance too! The view from the top was amazing, especially at night! We were easily picked up and dropped within walking distance of our hotel by tour guides. The staff was very kind and helpful! Even helping us to celebrate our anniversary!!

The location of Le Premiere could not be better. The staff were all dedicated to ensuring a superb experience. The rooms are well maintained with a comfortable bed. The hotel breakfast was extensive, delicious, and somewhat varied every day. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented, with attentive and efficient service. A special mention to Lily, the hotel concierge, for responsive, efficient, and warm service arranging everything we needed.

Great location with great view of lake. The service was excellent and very clean.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was as described. The breakfast was better than I imagined, with more options than I could eat and also some changes of the options day to day. There is also a lovely tea and cake service midday that is complimentary. The location is great, being able to walk to most of old town and meet up places for day trips quickly, so much that it made worring about getting around not relavent. To be honest, the attention paid and care given by the staff was the best I had ever experienced in my life

Excellent location right in the middle of the old quarter of Hanoi and next to the famous lake. Fun rooftop bar and very friendly staff. The location of the old quarter is really very good. We also stayed in the West Lake area and we regretted that, compared to this location. Definitely a good area to be in.

Laundry was a little expensive. We ended up going across the street for it instead. Not the fault of the hotel but be aware that grab taxis are not allowed to stop close to the hotel. If you are getting one you need to walk quite a way, maybe 5-10 mins, to get to a location where you are likely to get picked up.

Very centrally located in the Old Quarter. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Lily! Made everything easy!

We had a good stay recently - rooms as pictured on Booking, facilities new and clean, breakfast was tasty, our kids liked the afternoon tea, and staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location walkable to Hoan Kiem and surrounding areas. We would be happy to stay here again.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is comfort and have all room facilities to cover business and leisure trip. The location is great in the walking area of old quarter. Breakfast is great with local and effort international foods.

The road in front of hotel will be closed in the weekend, so the road cannot access. Another thing is at rooftop restaurant staff demonstrate how to eat Vietnamese pancake but he used his hand to touch my food which is terrible.

The ground floor room was a bit noisy as it was near the staff work space.

Staff was excellent but the hotel is a tad bit run down - as it’s right in the location of old quarter. It’s very clean and definitely in the middle of the tourist hub. Rooftop bar was great with a nice view and bartender great. They staff the front door at all times which is quality. Spa is in basement and looks quite nice especially compared to all the neighboring street spas. Read all reviews as they are pushing for high reviews as I write this.

Buffet didn’t have enough variety of fruit. The location is very very busy. Room was good size but a bit sparse with a small bathroom.

The staff was truly amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean, food was good, and the service was spectacular. If you travel to Hanoi, this is where you should stay!
